Return Policy

• To return an item you need to contact customer service at info@thedollnook.com Return address and instructions will be sent by email.
• All online orders must be shipped and received back within 10 days from delivery date.
• The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
• If the order qualified for free shipping and after return the total is below $75, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 
• Returned items must be in ORIGINAL packaging and all tags attached.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE - no refunds or exchanges. 
• Returns or exchanges can be made with invoice only. 
• A refund will be issued within 7 days from when we receive your returned items.
• Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
• Refund may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete.
• Any item/s returned to us that do not meet all terms stated above will not be refunded and will be donated to a charity of our discretion.
